For weeks now, many of us have been under strict stay-at-home orders. This means staying hunkered down and not leaving the safety of your home, but also entails not allowing anyone to enter your home. So what happens if during this time you have an emergency with your HVAC system? As an essential business, JD Air is still here to help. We realize that during this unprecedented time, we are all concerned about how to stay healthy. You may ask, what is JD Air doing to keep its customers safe? Here are some of the precautions we are taking:
Steps that JD Air has Implemented:
•The technicians wear new sets of medical grade gloves for every home we enter and the
gloves are immediately discarded upon leaving each home.
•The technicians wear N95 or KN95 masks in each home we enter.
•Tools and equipment are cleansed throughout the day.
•The technicians follow good hand washing and sanitation practices throughout the day.
•The technicians avoid handshakes (even among our team).
•A technician showing symptoms of sickness is required to stay home.
•All JD Air staff individually practice recommended safety precautions on and off the job.
•The JD Air office staff are working remotely so there is no risk of spreading infection through our critical management team.
